RRB ALP-Technician New Exam Pattern:
There shall be 3 stage Examination for ALP and 2 stage Examination for Technician post. The Exams includes Computer Based Test followed by Computer Based Psycho Test.
For ALP Post:
1. CBT-1
2. CBT-2: Part-A
3. CBT-2: Part-B
4. Psycho
For Technician Post:
1. CBT-1
2. CBT-2: Part-A
3. CBT-2: Part-B
Stage-1: CBT-1
Number of Question= 75
Time Allowed= 60 Minutes
Nature of Exam: Screening Test
[Only those who qualify this Stage-1 test will be eligible for the Stage-2.]
*Minimum percentage of marks for eligibility in various categories are:
UR -40% (30 Marks)
OBC-30% (22.5 Marks)
SC-30% (22.5 Marks)
ST -25% (18.75 Marks)
These percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 2% for PWD candidates in case of shortage of PWD candidates against vacancies reserved for them.

Time Allowed= 90 Minutes
Nature of Exam: Scoring Test
[Its weight-age of marks is 70% in the final selection list and rest 30% is of Psycho Test]
